Cooking Ideas
Goes straight into shrimp and egg, garlic butter stir-fry, congee, laksa, dumpling filling or a hot pot broth. Thaw in the refrigerator and add them late in the cook — a minute or two over heat is all they need before they turn opaque pink.
Storage & Handling
Keep at -18°C or below. Thaw overnight in the refrigerator and cook within 24 hours. Do not refreeze. Press the air out of the bag and reseal after use.
